Syensqo seeks a senior HR M&A; Reward & Job Evaluation Partner to lead the Reward workstream across mergers, acquisitions and divestments. You will drive due diligence, closing, integration and ensure consistent job evaluation and grading across the organisation.
The role collaborates with HR, business and transaction stakeholders to identify reward risks, enable sound deal decisions and integrate roles into the company framework. The primary location is the UK, with lavoro da remoto flexibility.
