TextYess S.R.L. is seeking its first Customer Success Manager dedicated to the UK market. You will own a portfolio of UK merchants end to end, from onboarding to expansion, and drive revenue from month three.
The role combines hands-on CRM work with strategic stakeholder collaboration in a fast-growing Italian-led scale-up. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Italian, have agency-side experience, and be fluent in Shopify e-commerce tools and email/CRM platforms to migrate and run
