Rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), our device is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use — clinically validated and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US.
We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship.
As Financial Controller, you own the integrity of our financial records and help build the accounting backbone that enables Hilo to scale internationally.
You will own the monthly,



quarterly and annual financial close across multiple legal entities, Group consolidation, VAT and financial compliance, and the supervision of day-to-day accounting activities. This is a hands‐on role where you will both oversee accounting processes and external providers and investigate complex accounting issues, reconciliations and transactions yourself.
You will also help make Finance more scalable by using automation and AI to reduce repetitive work, strengthen controls and move towards exception‐based accounting processes.
You report to the VP Finance and work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Growth and People, as well as external accountants, tax advisors and auditors across several jurisdictions.
