AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our office in Milan, Italy.
The role is suited for engineers with around 5 years of experience in electrical building services, critical facilities, or infrastructure projects, with exposure to data centers or mission-critical environments.
The position focuses on electrical design and project engineering support, working within multidisciplinary teams on complex, fast-paced projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the design of electrical systems for data centers and similar mission-critical facilities, including power distribution, emergency power systems (UPS, generators), lighting, earthing, and bonding systems.
- Perform electrical load calculations considering IT loads, cooling systems, and auxiliary services, with awareness of future expansion and scalability.
- Assist in the specification and selection of transf
