FlexAuto is growing and seeking a proactive HR Business Partner for our Italian operations in Rome, Italy.

You will deliver day-to-day HR guidance, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while collaborating with local managers and the international HR team.
This hands-on, collaborative role requires strong HR generalist xysqume experience, fluent Italian and English, and a solid knowledge of Italian employment law.
