Processes & Governance Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.

Responsibilities:
Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards.
Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition,
execution, and implementation.
Define and administer the programme governance model, its maturation and effectiveness.
Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
* Define and implement standardized governance processes;
* Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration;
* Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls;
* Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance;
* Support continuous improvement of governance processes;
* Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme;
* Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines;
* Leadership and management of the process and governance team;
* Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability;
* Manage team performance and code of conduct in a
