Requirement: Provision of Support Services for the Management of Deployable Communication and Information Systems at Deployable Air Command & Control Centre (DACCC)
Location: Poggio Renatico, Italy
Tempo pieno On-Site: Yes
Time On-Site: 100%
Total Scope of the request (hours): BASE 2026: approx. 300 hrs (1 Contractor * 150 h/month)
Option 2027:
Option 1: 600 hrs for 01 Jan - 31. April 2027
Option 2: 900 hrs for additional 6 months
Period of Performance: 2026 BASE period: As soon as possible, but no later than 01 November 2026 (tentative) until 31 December 2026.
2027 OPTION period:
Option1: 01 Jan - 31 March 2027
Option2: Additional 6 months beyond 31 March 2027
Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
Special Terms and Conditions: The contractor will be responsible for complying with the respective national requirements for working permits, visas, taxes, social security etc. whilst working on site at D.A.C.C.C, Poggio Renatico,

1. Generala. This requirement addresses the need for proper accountability and management of Deployable Communication and Information Systems (D-CIS) currently deposited at the DACCC. At present, D-CIS systems are not fully recorded in any centralized logistics system. Certain components are owned by NCIA, while others were procured through NSPA. However, the D-CIS capabilities were delivered as complete systems, and individual components have not been systematically registered in any logistics system of record.
