PTC is seeking a highly experienced SO&S; PLM Lead Technical Architect to lead a team of technical architects responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, governance, and operational excellence of PTC's cloud-hosted PLM solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise in Windchill and cloud technologies with strong people leadership capabilities.
You will lead a team that partners with customers, Service Management, Technical Support, R&D;, Cloud Operations, and Application teams to optimize customer environments, drive adoption of best practices, improve system health, and deliver technical advisory services across the PTC Cloud portfolio.
As a manager, you will be accountable for team performance, employee development, operational delivery, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting strategic customer engagements.
