ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades * Provide accurate forecasting of sales volume * Implement regional sales programs and training plans with Heads of Desk * Ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and processes * Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members Requisiti fondamentali * Track record of sales management, ideally in FX or cross-border financial services * Financial services experience; a network is advantageous * First-class communication skills * Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior SME level * Fluency in Italian and English * coaching * mentoring * communication * FX sales * cross-border financial services * sales forecasting
