The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving financial performance, and building a strong service culture across the property. A key focus of this role will be the ongoing development and enhancement of the Borgo product, facilities, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments.
* Build up and further develop Borgo's identity, product offering, and service standards. * Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently high-quality guest experiences. * Drive operational excellence, productivity, and profitability. * Manage departmental heads and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance. * Monitor quality standards, compliance, health & safety, and brand requirements. * Support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. * Work closely with the commercial and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities. * Act as the primary operational leader and representative of the property.
