In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead daily operations across the assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial objectives. * Partner with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to develop and execute production plans that support business goals. * Ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing resources, equipment, and production tools while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and operational excellence methodologies to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance customer value. * Support supervisors and team leaders in establishing priorities, coordinating workloads, and maintaining operational performance. * Monitor production progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on‑time delivery and achievement of revenue targets. * Promote a strong culture of safety by partnering with Environmental, Health and Safety teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement sustainable improvements. * Develop and coach team members through training, mentorship, and performance development initiatives. * Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize interventions that maximize equipment reliability and operational effectiveness. * Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, process capability, and operational efficiency to e
