We are supporting a private equity-backed, international business in the appointment of a Senior FP&A; Manager to join its finance team in Northern Italy. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, dynamic and growth-focused environment, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, improve visibility and support strategic decision-making. The role will combine core FP&A; responsibilities with exposure to M&A;, financial modelling and strategic projects, making it particularly attractive to someone who enjoys working beyond traditional reporting and controlling. Key Responsibilities * Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. * Build and develop financial models, scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making.



* Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis. * Analyse KPIs, profitability, cash flow and key business trends. * Provide clear financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership. * Partner with commercial and operational teams to support key business decisions. * Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps against plan. * Support M&A; activity, including financial analysis, due diligence, investment cases and post-acquisition integration. * Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects and private equity value-creation plans. * Assess potential investments, growth initiatives and other strategic opportunities through detailed financial modelling. * Improve FP&A; processes, reporting tools and financial visibility across the business. * Help drive a high-performance, commercially focused finance culture.
