Overview As a Data Scientist in the Pricing team of a car insurance company, you design and implement predictive technologies to support pricing, claims forecasting, renewal probability, and portfolio optimization. You’ll explore new methods to create value, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and contribute to an innovative, tech-driven culture. * Develop and implement new technologies to solve pricing and analytics problems * Collaborate with the Pricing team to achieve goals and deliver value * Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for pricing strategy * Maintain and optimize data pipelines and model performance across the pricing platform * Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in STEM ( Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics) * Experience as a Data Scientist * Strong Python programming experience * Strong SQL skills * Experience with machine learning algorithms and industry best practices * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial but not essential * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * communication * collaboration * problem solving * Python * SQL * machine learning
