About the role We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to work closely with our enterprise customers and help them unlock the full value of Akamas solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Success or Solutions Engineer looking for a new technical challenge, or a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer interested in moving towards a more customer-facing role with a stronger focus on business impact. What you will do * Guide customers through onboarding and platform adoption, ensuring a smooth start and long-term success. * Deliver workshops, product training, and enablement sessions to help customers understand and use Akamas effectively. * Help customers identify the right use cases, define objectives,
and adopt best practices to maximize the value of our platform. * Monitor customer progress, measure outcomes, and communicate results through regular business reviews. * Coordinate support requests and technical escalations, working with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively. * Lead customer adoption initiatives and projects, ensuring progress towards agreed goals. * Build strong relationships with customer engineering and development teams, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. * Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to improve Akamas. * Share best practices, customer success stories, and lessons learned internally and at industry events and conferences.
