Overview You will build end-to-end data-driven products that solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable value for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you design scalable ML models and productionize solutions, while mentoring junior data scientists. You’ll push innovation by applying the latest AI advances and maintaining high-quality code. This role sits within a global team shaping AI-driven transformations for finance, insurance, and manufacturing. ML and software development advances * Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and contribute to team growth Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, and software development * Strong Python proficiency; knowledge of Java, C++ or similar is a plus * Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) * Proficiency with version control (Git) and testing; CI/CD experience is a plus * Strong business acumen and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with big data tech (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus * Experience designing and deploying ML models at scale * Strong cloud understanding (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) * Professional proficiency in English * collaboration * mentorship * strong communication * Python * Java or C++ (nice to have) * PyT
