Your mission

As IT Administrator (m/f/d) With a Focus On Network, Virtualization And IT Security, You Join Our Dedicated IT Team And Help Keep Our Infrastructure Secure, Stable And Efficient. Your Work Spans
- You design, implement and manage our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN and wireless networks, and configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches and access points.
- You maintain and monitor our virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
- You implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, intrusion detection systems and security audits.
- You perform regular security assessments, vulnerability testing and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- You develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards that ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- You collaborate with your IT colleagues to plan and execute IT projects, and provide technical support and training to end users on network,



virtualization and security topics.

Your profile
- You bring proven experience in IT administration with a focus on network management, virtualization and IT security.
- You have in-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- You have hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V or similar.
- You have a strong understanding of IT security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS and anti-virus software.
- You are an excellent problem solver and stay effective under pressure.
- You communicate confidently in English and German and work effectively in a team.
