managing expectations and relationships * Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and post-implementation reviews * Coordinate internal and external resources (technical teams, payroll specialists, vendors) to hit milestones * Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks, escalating to senior management as needed * Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards * Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders * Conduct post-implementation reviews to derive lessons learned and drive improvements * Potentially manage multiple implementations concurrently Requisiti fondamentali * Proven Project Manager experience in software implementation, preferably HR, payroll, or fintech * Experience leading complex client-facing projects from start to finish * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools * Excellent verbal and written comm
