h3Duties /h3ulliPasses on to other workers instructions received from supervisor, and starts work (e.g., by assigning the immediate tasks to be performed by individual members of the group led). Insures that needed equipment, supplies, and materials are available. /liliSees to it that there is enough work to keep everyone in work crew busy. Checks work in progress and when finished for compliance with supervisor's instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines. /liliUrges or advises other employees to follow supervisor's instructions and to meet deadlines. Demonstrates proper work methods. Answers workers' questions regarding procedures, policies, and instructions. /liliObtains needed information or decisions from the supervisor on problems that come up during the work. /liliProvides information to supervisor on status and progress of work, causes of delays, and overall operations. Assures that safety and housekeeping rules are followed. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Conditions of employment /h3ulliDirect Deposit and Social Security Card is required.



/liliMeet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. /liliA one-year probationary period may be required. /liliIncumbent must possess or in the process of obtaining a Mission Soggiorno. /liliMust be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and Special MWR events. /liliMust be willing and able to perform work that requires standing, stooping, bending, climbing, crawling and kneeling for extended periods of time in uncomfortable positions. /liliMust be willing and able to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds, occasionally heavier items with assistance. /liliPossession of a valid driver's license to operate assigned government vehicles. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbResumes must be two pages (or less). /b Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. /ph3A Qualified Candidate
