The Role: We are looking for a motivated and curious Purchasing Intern to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will support day-to-day purchasing activities, working closely with the team and different internal functions.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier management, market analysis and procurement processes within an international environment.
What will you do:
- Support day-to-day purchasing activities and the management of suppliers and raw materials.
- Assist the team in collecting and analyzing supplier quotations, purchasing data and market information.
- Support supplier scouting and evaluation activities, working with Purchasing and other internal functions when needed.
- Help monitor supplier performance, delivery conditions and relevant purchasing information.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D; and other internal teams to support procurement activities and business needs.
- Maintain and update supplier and purchasing data in company systems, supporting reporting and administrative activities.
