ESG Solution Specialist Intern

Who we are
ESGmax is an AI-native, regulation-agnostic ESG platform built for a world that doesn’t stand still. We believe ESG can’t be managed with static tools, fixed templates or one-size-fits-all frameworks.
We use AI to help companies make sense of complex, fragmented ESG data — turning it into something structured, reusable and alive over time. Not just to report, but to understand, adapt and decide better as regulations, businesses and expectations evolve.
Our vision is simple: ESG data should work like modern data — flexible, connected and intelligent — not like paperwork from another decade.
Our vibe
We care about what we build and how we build it.
We aim high, but we don’t do it alone.
We work side by side. When someone gets stuck, we step in. When someone knows more, they share. Helping each other is how we move faster, not a nice extra.
We value clarity over noise. We say things as they are, fix what doesn’t work, and don’t hide behind processes or titles.
We like people who take responsibility,
stay curious and are comfortable learning in public — asking questions, making mistakes, improving.
We move with intention. We build what’s useful, cut what isn’t, and keep things simple even when the problem is not.
How we work
✨ Trust & initiative: We trust you to take ownership, make decisions, and learn fast.
?️ Work-life balance: What matters is what you deliver, not when you clock in.
? Flexible remote work: Office in Milan when you want people time, remote when you need focus.
