BingX current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE

Responsibilities:
• Lead CFD business development in the assigned country/region by executing local sales strategies to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Identify, acquire, and develop local IBs, Master IBs, agents,



and strategic partners; activate their networks to drive client acquisition, funded trading, and long-term high-value partnerships.
• Provide localised business recommendations based on market conditions, client behavior, and competitive landscape, in close collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor local market dynamics and industry trends to inform regional strategy and incentive mechanisms.
• Drive Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, and client retention against KPIs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage, with strong understanding of the Broker–LP–IB–Client business model.
• Solid knowledge of CFD products and client acquisition logic (Forex, metals, indices, commodities, crypto CFD, etc.).
• Strong local market experience in the assigned country/region, with established understanding of local clients, channels, and the IB/partnership ecosystem.
