Monzacamper is a leading campervan and motorhome dealership in the Brianza area, specialising in sales, rentals and after-sales service. For our Monza location, we are looking for a new team member to join our Rental Department, acting as the first point of contact for both Italian and international customers. What you’ll do * Welcome customers and manage front-desk activities * Handle the full rental booking process, including quotations, confirmations, contracts and payments * Manage campervan pick-ups and returns, explaining how the vehicle works and checking its condition * Respond to phone calls, emails and online enquiries, including enquiries from international customers * Coordinate with our workshop and sales teams to ensure vehicle availability and preparation What we’re looking for * Previous experience in campervan/motorhome rental or similar customer-facing roles, such as vehicle rental,



tourism or hospitality * Fluent spoken and written English * A second language, especially Spanish, is a plus * Valid Category B driving licence and practical experience driving, parking and manoeuvring campervans or motorhomes. * Good computer and digital skills * Strong customer service and communication skills * Accuracy, reliability and good organisational skills * Availability to work weekends during peak season What we offer * A stable position in a growing company * Full training on our vehicles and internal procedures * A dynamic working environment with customers and travellers from all over the world The position is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Italian Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006. #J-18808-Ljbffr
