Italy-Based Project Manager – Design

Currie & Brown Italia is seeking a Project Manager for its Milan office. Requirements * Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification). * 3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value * Excellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills (both internal and external). * Strong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility. * Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian. Responsibilities * Support the management of design and construction phases of projects. * Collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants. * Lead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints.



* Maintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control. * Support cost management activities. * Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time. * Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients. * Manage procurement activities. * Carry out snagging activities. * Manage and coordinate site activities.
