About the Company
Diamond National Investments (DNI) is a holding company supporting a portfolio of operating businesses and nonprofit organizations. DNI is building a centralized operating model so its companies can access high-quality shared services, consistent processes, stronger systems, and better organizational visibility. Several shared-services functions already exist, but the model is still being built. Ownership, staffing, intake processes, service expectations, and accountability are not yet consistent across the organization.
About the Role
The Head of Shared Services & Operations will create the structure and operating rhythm required to make this model work. This person will lead the shared-services platform, establish clear accountability, and take ownership of selected cross-company initiatives that require additional structure, integration, or execution support. This is a build-and-lead role. The successful candidate will be comfortable creating systems, developing teams and vendors, improving processes, and moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
• Lead the shared-services operating model
• The Head of Shared Services & Operations will own the structure, processes, staffing plan, and performance management of DNI's shared-services platform.

• Human resources and talent acquisition
• IT and systems
• Process management
• Data and reporting
• Legal coordination
• AI implementation
• Marketing
• Operations and special projects
• Build and improve service delivery
• Map current shared-services functions, staffing, vendors, systems, and gaps.
• Recommend which capabilities should be centralized, outsourced, or retained within individual companies.
• Establish consistent intake, routing, prioritization, and escalation processes.
• Create visibility into open requests, bottlenecks, and recurring issues.
