Part-time Remote Customer Support Agent (English, E-commerce)

B2 Solutions is a digital agency in Italy. We are looking for a tempo parziale remote customer support agent (English) (about 20 hours/week) to work for our clients.

What you will do:

- Answer customer emails and chats in English for online stores that sell abroad
- Handle order questions, returns and exchanges
- Use help desk tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify inbox)
- Report recurring problems to the team

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in customer support, ideally for e-commerce
- Excellent written English
- Experience with help desk tools
- Reliable internet and power backup
- Able to invoice (registered business or KRA PIN)
- Italian language is a plus
