In this role you will drive AI initiatives by translating business needs into actionable specifications and ensuring value delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze requirements, and support AI deployments across platforms like Azure AI. You will help govern data, measure impact with KPIs, and promote adoption through clear communication and change management. This position offers the chance to shape AI applications within a large energy/industrial environment.

Responsabilità

- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
- Capture and document requirements via interviews, workshops, and process reviews
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specs for AI solutions
- Conduct cost-agevolazioni analyses, impact assessments, and define KPIs
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers,



IT teams, and vendors
- Support AI delivery on Azure AI including data prep, validation, and governance
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI, data governance, and privacy policies
- Act as liaison between business, technical teams, and external vendors
- Drive change management and promote user adoption through training and communication
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to governance, automation, and best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy or industrial sectors
- 2+ years on AI/ML projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data lifecycle
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
