Scopra se è il candidato/la candidata ideale leggendo la panoramica completa qui sotto.Location: Near Bologna, Italy, with availability for occasional short business trips.Key responsibilitiesInvestigate field-returned components and analyse quality claims to identify recurring failures and root causes.Coordinate corrective actions with engineering, manufacturing, quality, aftersales and suppliers.Prepare product FMEAs and support technical risk assessments.Develop and maintain project plans for eDrive and HV battery systems.Monitor milestones, deliverables, KPIs, schedules and cost targets.Track engineering changes and assess their impact on timing,
costs and system integration.RequirementsDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within automotive quality, reliability, product engineering or field claim management.Knowledge of HV batteries, inverters and electric motors/eDrive systems.Experience in failure investigation and structured problem-solving methods: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys and FMEA.Mandatory PES/PAV electrical safety training.Strong project planning skills using MS Project, cPlace or equivalent tools.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers. xysqume Fluent Italian and English; German is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
