You will play an important role in ensuring our HR systems run effectively, support our people processes, and deliver reliable data and insights to the business. /ppWorking closely with HR colleagues, IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, you will help maintain, improve, and optimise our HR technology landscape while supporting global HR projects and initiatives. /ph3About the Role /h3pAs our HR Systems Expert, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our HR systems. You will act as a key point of contact for system users, support process optimisation, coordinate enhancements, and help ensure data quality, compliance, and operational excellence across our HR technology environment. /ppSuccess in this role requires a structured and proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities across a global organisation. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and support global and local HR systems, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll platforms. /liliCoordinate system enhancements, upgrades,



testing, and continuous improvement activities. /liliEnsure the accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance of HR data across all systems. /liliCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making. /liliProvide user support, guidance, and training, translating system capabilities into practical solutions. /liliCoordinate with external vendors and monitor service delivery against agreed service levels. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience. /liliSupport global HR projects through effective planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management. /liliMaintain system documentation, procedures, and governance standards. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3pWe're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for improving HR processes and systems. /ppYou will ideally have: /pulliA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili3-5+ years of experience working with HR systems and HR technology solutions. /liliExperience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
