For our client, a leading company in the production of rubber-based systems for offset and digital printing, we are looking for a:Di seguito troverà tutto ciò che deve sapere su questa occasione e sui requisiti richiesti ai candidati.The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Sales Director of the Business Unit and will be responsible for managing and developing an established and highly specialised business in the rubber semi-finished products sector.The role involves direct customer management, the development of new business opportunities, and coordination with internal departments, including Production, Logistics, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and R&D, to achieve growth and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the sales plan for the assigned area, ensuring that sales and profitability targets are achieved.Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities.Analyse market trends, sales performance, and competitive dynamics, identifying opportunities and potential risks.Develop growth strategies for the business segment and contribute to the introduction of new products and technologies.Coordinate activities with the relevant departments, ensuring effective management of priorities and projects.Ensure high standards of service, quality, and compliance, contributing to the continuous improvement of the business, including at an international level.Represent the company in dealings with customers and key industry stakeholders.RequirementsDegree in a technical or scientific field, engineering, economics,
or a related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in sales roles within similar industrial environments.Experience in B2B sales of rubber materials for decorative and/or technical surfaces, seals, and joints, with knowledge of the relevant technologies.Strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel occasionally.Excellent command of English (part of the recruitment process will be conducted in English).Nice to HaveExperience in both field sales and sales support or back-office roles.Experience working in international environments.Knowledge of supply chain processes and operations in industrial environments.Familiarity with product development activities and the introduction of new technologies.Personal SkillsThe ideal candidate is results-oriented, able to work independently, and has strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
