ResponsabilitàTranslate product requirements into producibility features and assess materials, processes, and costs
Approve or modify designs based on cost constraints and manufacturing capabilities
Define preliminary manufacturing process sequences with cost and performance assessment
Drive execution of Industrialization activities impacting new product productivity
Lead laboratory validations for prototypes and mockups
Lead Manufacturability Reviews and issue Manufacturability reports
Coordinate cross-function collaboration (Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Product) in a matrix environment
Requisiti fondamentaliPhD in Engineering
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (or proven Six Sigma experience)
Strong systems thinking (INCOSE Certification)
Supply Chain knowledge (APICS Certification)
Project Management experience (IPMA or PMI Certification)
Knowledge of IET GTE products and capabilities, plus awareness of competitor tech
