/p pWe are looking for an bIT Project Manager with experience in Data Domain projects /b to support upcoming demand across multiple IT initiatives.
/p pYou will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects related to bdata platforms, data management, integrations, and transformation activities /b, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead IT projects within the bData Domain /b from initiation through delivery.
/li liManage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
/li liCoordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.
/li liFacilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
/li liTrack project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
/li liManage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.
/li liSupport project governance, reporting, and status communication.
/li liIdentify project risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.
/li liEnsure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.
/li liSupport upcoming project demand across the wider Data portfolio.
/li /ul ul liProven experience managing bData, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects end to end in complex global organizations /b.
/li libHands-on project management approach /bwith active involvement in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.
/li liExperience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.
/li liStrong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
/li liProven ability to manage bend-to-end /b delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
/li liExperience with enterprise reporting and analytics.
/li liDelivery mindset /li libExperience in Pharma industry is a must /b.
/li libFor this role, we do not offer a relocation package.
Candidates must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
