OverviewIn this role you combine management consulting with corporate finance to help top-management drive value across industries.
You work in small teams, develop hypotheses, and present actionable recommendations to clients, with ongoing coaching and formal training to accelerate your growth.

ResponsabilitàCollaborate in 2-3 person teams on client engagements.
Apply management consulting methods to corporate finance issues and strategy work.
Gather, analyze, and test hypotheses; develop and communicate recommendations.
Present results to client management and assist with implementing recommendations.




Receive training and mentoring from colleagues, including a partner advisor and formal onboarding.
Participate in project staffing decisions with a development-focused manager.
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree (MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree advantageous)
4+ years of strategy, corporate finance, M&A; or due diligence experience in consulting, investment banking, accounting, or a major corporation
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Proven leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian
