You will troubleshoot IaC, Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt, TLS, networking, and cloud issues across SaaS and self-hosted deployments, while guiding customers and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
You will work across Slack, email, and tickets, analyze logs and APM traces, and contribute to documentation and knowledge bases.
