Overview
In this role you will drive the global deployment of strategic AI initiatives, turning business needs into scalable solutions. You will work with stakeholders, tech teams, and partners to guide implementations and ensure value realization. You will support governance, change management, and training to enable broad adoption. This is a cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation that shapes how AI adds business impact across Amplifon.

Responsabilità
Support the execution and global deployment of strategic AI initiatives with plans, milestones, and delivery
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to gather requirements and drive implementation
Contribute to governance and monitoring through project documentation and implementation plans
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications with development teams
Monitor activities, risks, dependencies, and timelines, and support mitigation
Support change management, communications,
and training to foster user engagement
Facilitate transition of AI solutions into operational environments and integration into processes
Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Gather feedback to support continuous improvement and value realization of AI initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Experience supporting complex AI, automation, digital transformation projects
Experience in AI initiatives including implementation, adoption, or change management
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and implementation approaches
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans
Experience working in international and multicultural environments
Full professional proficiency in English
