PDo you have a background in bPsychology /b? At bTELUS Digital /b, we are looking for freelancers to help make the internet a safer place. You don't need to be a tech expert or a computer scientist. Your job is to use your understanding of human behavior and mental health to check if AI-generated content is safe, helpful, and responsible. You are the "Human Compass" that helps the AI understand people better. /ph3What You’ll Do (Simple Tasks): /h3ullibSafety Reviews: /b Review content that has been flagged as potentially risky or harmful and decide if it follows safety rules. /lilibBehavior Analysis: /b Look at how an AI interacts with users and identify if it is showing any biased or unfair behavior. /lilibRisk Reporting: /b Identify "gray areas" where an AI might give bad advice and suggest better, safer ways for it to respond. /lilibMental Health Awareness: /b Use your degree to ensure the AI recognizes sensitive topics and handles them with care. /li /ulh3Qualification path /h3h3Mandatory Qualifications: /h3ullibEducation: /b A minimum of a bBachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling /b, or a related field. /lilibNative Language: /b bNative-level proficiency in your primary language. /b You need to understand the cultural and emotional "vibe" of how people talk in your country. /lilibEnglish Proficiency: /b bBasic (B1) English /b so you can read our project guides and safety rules. /lilibEmpathy Logic: /b You are good at understanding how people feel and spotting risks that others might miss. /li /ulh3Assessment: /h3pIn order to be hired into our community,
