pReporting to the Director, Global IT Manufacturing, Supply Chain Procurement, this role acts as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Serialization and Track Trace solutions, overseeing Level 4 serialization platforms and their integration with Level 3 manufacturing and packaging systems. The position is responsible for driving functional enhancements, managing projects and system integrations, resolving business-critical issues, coordinating external vendors, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations, while ensuring operational reliability and regulatory compliance throughout the serialization landscape. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liOwn and manage Level 4 serialization platforms (e.g. TraceLink and equivalent solutions). /li liCoordinate and support integrations between SAP, Serialization systems and regulatory repositories. /li liManage serialization master data, product onboarding, market onboarding and lifecycle changes. /li liSupport compliance initiatives related to EU-FMD and global serialization regulations. /li liLead functional investigations and root cause analysis for serialization incidents and process deviations. /li liEnsure end-to-end traceability across manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and distribution processes. /li /ul h3SAP Supply Chain Logistics /h3 ul liSupport and enhance SAP processes in: /li liDistribution /li liWarehouse Management /li liLogistics Execution /li liShipping and Transportation /li liInventory Management /li liBatch Management /li liCollect and translate business requirements into functional specifications. /li liManage configuration requests and coordinate developments with system integrators. /li liParticipate in testing, validation and deployment activities.
/li liLead medium-size projects and enhancements independently. /li liCoordinate business stakeholders, external vendors and technical teams. /li liMonitor project progress, risks, issues and action plans. /li liPrepare status reports and present progress to management. /li liSupport qualification and validation activities in GxP environments. /li /ul h3Functional Support Investigations /h3 ul liAct as Level 2/Level 3 functional expert. /li liPerform impact assessments for new business requirements. /li liTroubleshoot complex integration issues involving SAP, TraceLink, Antares and external partners. /li liSupport audits, inspections and compliance reviews. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization. /li /ul h3Who are you: /h3 h3Requirements Summary /h3 ul liBachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field. /li li5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, FMCG, or other regulated manufacturing environments. /li liProven expertise in Serialization Track Trace, including Level 3, 4 and 5 serialization platforms and regulatory reporting. /li liStrong experience with SAP Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution processes. /li liBackground in managing business-critical applications and leading functional projects and system enhancements. /li liUnderstanding system integrations, APIs, middleware, master data governance,
manufacturing/packaging processes, and incident management. /li liKnowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards, including EU-FMD, GxP, GMP/GDP, Audit Trail, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), and CSV/CSA validation concepts. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously, drive issue resolution, and operate in international environments. /li liPreferred experience with TraceLink, Antares Vision, SAP S/4HANA, pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Prince2, or Agile. /li /ul pLocation: Pomezia (preferred) or Milano or Bologna or Alanno. /p pSalary range 48.000€ - 65.000€ /p pThe compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
