- Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout
- Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems **Qualifications**: - Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues
- Experience with system testing and release management
- Background working in global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder management
