In this role you will work on client engagements as a consultant in the Operations Excellence Program, helping companies improve operations with rigorous problem solving.
You'll receive on-the-job coaching complemented by a structured capability-building curriculum, accelerating your development as an operational expert.
You'll rotate across Industrie-facing projects in Europe and contribute to lean manufacturing and operations excellence initiatives.

Identify issues and form hypotheses on client engagements
Design and conduct analyses to support recommendations

Requisiti fondamentali
Master's degree
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or quality and compliance (e.g., Six Sigma, cGMP)
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings
Willingness to undertake European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication in English and the local office language
