The HR Partner plays a key role in shaping the people agenda for the Aprilia manufacturing site. As a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, you will partner with the Site Leadership Team and their teams to build organizational capability, strengthen leadership, drive employee engagement, and support business performance. Role Responsibilities Partner with Site Leadership Team members and their teams to deliver the site's people strategy and support business priorities.




Coach and challenge leaders to enhance their leadership effectiveness, people management capability, and organizational performance.
Lead talent management activities including succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and capability building.
Drive performance management processes, ensuring leaders are equipped to effectively manage performance, development, and accountability.
Champion employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, inclusion, and change management initiatives.
Lead and manage complex Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters, partnering with managers and key stakeholders to ensure compliant and pragmatic solutions.
Build strong partnerships with employee representatives and support local consultation processes where required.
Partner closely with Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, and Shared Services to deliver an excellent employee and manager experience.
