OverviewIn this role you will oversee on-site wind turbine installation activities within our international wind farm projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to planning standards.
You will coordinate with Site Manager, logistics, purchasing, and subcontractors to supervise lifting operations, turbine preparation, and inspections.
You drive safety reporting, punch lists, and continuous quality improvements while supporting efficient component handling and on-site repairs.

ResponsabilitàRespect safety and quality on-site and be accountable for them
Supervise lifting operations, wind turbine preparation, and inspections
Follow-up work inside the wind turbine at all Vestas wind parks under assembly
Ensure quality guarantees, report non-compliance, and create punch lists during installation
Oversee unloading of components; inspect and repair turbines during installation; work inside the tower
Report on safety, cost planning, quality improvement, and deviations
Requisiti fondamentaliHigh school degree
2/3 years in construction management or equivalent field
1-2 years of site and team management experience
Knowledge of safety, management procedures, delivery stations, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; understanding of technical documents
Experience in the wind sector is valuable
Organizational skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
