Export Sales Operator

We are looking for a driven, proactive candidate to join our Slewing Rings and Ball Bearing Business Unit and play a key role in promoting the wider Gruppo Rima product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting the Sales Manager to nurture existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals and ensure rapid, effective follow-up.
- Spearhead lead generation initiatives and collaborate seamlessly with sales teams across our international subsidiaries.
- Handle order processing and management, with full training provided on our internal ERP and CRM platforms.
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and manage post-event outreach.
- Travel internationally for customer visits and events as business needs require.
Who we are looking for
- English working proficiency (B2–C1 level).
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to travel internationally, in line with the exhibition calendar and sales network demands.
- Full driving licence (Category B).
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Experience with ERP and CRM software.
- Additional technical background.
- Technical qualification or an interest in industrial and technical products.
- Previous experience in a sales team or back office.
