How You'll Make An Impact
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- You will design, develop, and deploy learning content and solutions, including e-learning and other digital learning experiences.
- You will apply modern instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective educational materials.
- You will review and update existing training curricula to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and learning objectives.
- You will collaborate with learning managers, subject matter experts, and business partners to identify learning needs, define training objectives, and deliver impactful learning solutions.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or learning project management, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
- You have hands‑on experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate and are comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- You possess strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and e-learning development.
- You have excellent project management, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills, along with fluency in English, both written and spoken.

You will join the Wind University Learning Projects team, which is focused on delivering strategic learning initiatives that support both business and HR objectives. The team plays a central role in developing and implementing learning programs that help employees build the skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Working closely with learning managers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders, the team creates innovative learning solutions that combine instructional design expertise with effective project execution. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key to the team’s success as it drives the internalization and optimization of learning services. Together, the team helps create meaningful development opportunities that support business growth and workforce capability.
