Prima di farlo, si assicuri di leggere tutti i dettagli relativi a questo lavoro nella descrizione sottostante.The resource responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end Supply Chain operations across the Moulded Glass Division in Italy, ensuring high customer service levels, efficient production planning, and cost-effective logistics.Working at GerresheimerSupply Chain ManagerViale Giovanni Falcone 48/A, Italy43122 Parma PRFull-timeKey Responsibilities IncludeProduction Planning & S&OP: Align customer demand, production capacity, and inventory; define production priorities and monitor plan adherence.Logistics & Warehousing: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while improving efficiency, service levels, and cost control.Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, reduce obsolete inventory, improve inventory turnover, and balance customer service with working capital.Performance Management: Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, such as OTIF, inventory levels, logistics costs, and planning accuracy, driving corrective actions and supporting budgeting and reporting.Continuous Improvement:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize, digitalize, and automate Supply Chain processes.People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop planning and logistics teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. xysqume QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environmentProven experience in Production Planning, Logistics and Inventory ManagementPrevious experience managing teams and cross-functional projectsExperience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantageStrong understanding of Production Planning and Supply Chain processesExperience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Supply Chain planning methodologies and KPI management.Additional InformationGross Annual Salary range: 70.000 € - 80.000 €#J-18808-Ljbffr
