Lawyers and non-lawyers providing leadership and oversight to business operations to assure adherence to all aspects of internal company and external regulatory compliance. Insures appropriate mechanisms are in place to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and adherence to corporate programs and practices. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Senior Supervisory Investigator - International The Senior Supervisory Investigator - International is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and oversight of internal Compliance investigations outside of the United States and Latin America. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders, the position ensures investigations are conducted promptly, thoroughly, objectively, and with the highest level of integrity. The role also provides leadership on corrective actions, investigation reporting, senior leadership briefings, and trend analysis, while maintaining deep knowledge of applicable legal, labor, privacy,



and policy requirements across GE Aerospace's international locations.
Provide leadership, supervision, training and guidance to Compliance investigators.
Review and approve reports of investigation.
Draft reports to ensure investigations are clearly and properly documented.
Maintain client relationships in the face of conflicting demands or directions and provide evidence-based conclusion and recommendation on sound diagnosis and information.
Know and understand all applicable legal and policy requirements pertaining to the conduct of investigations including in areas involving employee interviews, data privacy, labor and employment requirements, and more; monitor changes in such laws and policies and provide guidance to colleagues with respect to such changes.
Prepare and present management reporting on open reporting analytics, trends, and insights.
