Overview As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive growth by landing new enterprise logos and expanding usage within key accounts. You'll manage a portfolio of strategic clients and prospects, collaborating with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to craft value-driven, enterprise-wide strategies. You will work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment to shape Dynatrace's presence in new markets and deepen partnerships.

Drive new logo acquisition and expand usage within existing accounts
Collaborate with sales engineers, marketing, legal, finance and partners to design and execute solution strategies
Engage with VP/C-level executives to maximize Dynatrace value and position against competitors




Ensure successful customer implementations and ongoing value delivery
Utilize co-sell and internal resources to advance the sales process and leverage MEDDPIC
Minimum of 3 years of experience in closing enterprise software sales
Track record of enterprise software sales across multiple business functions at executive level
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and compress decision cycles
Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written, oral, negotiation, presentations)
Proven experience in acquiring new business and meeting quotas
Fluency in English and Italian
HS diploma or GED or equivalent
