Job DescriptionLegga attentamente tutte le informazioni su questa possibilità, quindi utilizzi il pulsante di candidatura sottostante per inviare il suo CV.Banca Generali ( ), a Private Bank leader in Italy in financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism, is looking for a Senior Digital Platform Specialist for its Milan office.The Digital Platform structure has the objective to design, project and manage digital tools for the network of Financial Advisors, focus on digital tools supporting Financial Advisors and Wealth Management processes.The role involves end-to-end ownership of digital platforms and initiatives, ensuring their evolution, adoption, and performance over time, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Gather and define business requirements, translating them into functional specificationsManage digital projects across the full lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, release)Coordinate with IT, UX/UI teams, external vendors, and business stakeholdersOversee testing phases (UAT) and solution validationMonitor project KPIs and platform performanceIdentify improvements and optimization opportunities for digital processesContribute to the definition of the digital roadmapPrepare communication, training,
