The role focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConfigure and manage CRM platforms such as bSalesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools /b. /li liManage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems. /li liBuild and optimize sales and customer success workflows. /li liMaintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems. /li liIdentify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.



/li liCreate clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines. /li liSupport system adoption and operational improvements. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib4+ years of experience /b in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations. /li liHands-on CRM configuration and management experience. /li liExperience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM. /li liStrong operational judgment and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication. /li liStrong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
