SumUp's field sales team in Reggio Emilia is on the ground every day, helping local shops, cafés and tradespeople find payment solutions that actually fit how they work. As Field Sales Manager, you'll build this team from the ground up and shape how SumUp grows in one of its key Italian territories, leading from the field rather than from behind a desk. Lead, coach and develop a team of field sales representatives across the territory
Work alongside the team in the field, joining client meetings and supporting negotiations
Spot new business opportunities and adapt the sales strategy to the local market
Experience managing and developing a commercial team, with a hands-on leadership style
Strong knowledge of field sales and what it takes to win new customers on the ground
Comfort using sales data and results to guide decisions
Fluency in English, along with ease working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
This involves an office-first setup
