ING Italy is looking for an Investment Operations Specialist to join the Investment Operations team. Please read on!ActivitiesManage the settlement of securities and investment transactions, ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational activities.Perform custody‑related operational activities for securities and investment products.Support the operational management and distribution of investment funds and insurance products.Manage the administration of securities and investment funds throughout the relevant operational processes.Perform accounting activities related to securities,



investment funds and associated transactions.Monitor and execute operational processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.Perform operational controls and reconciliations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of transactions and accounting records.Identify, manage and resolve operational issues, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Support the analysis and resolution of operational exceptions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and controls.Collaborate with other functions and external counterparties involved in the processing, settlement, custody and administration of investment products.Required skillsYou have an academic degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.You have previous experience or a strong interest in investment operations, securities, investment funds or financial services.You have a good understanding of securities settlement, custody, fund distribution and/or securities administration processes.You have a strong operational mindset and excellent attention to detail.You are comfortable working with operational procedures, controls,
