pIn this role, you will shape the Liability Environmental Impairment Liability risk strategy for the Italian market and align it with Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will collaborate with the Liability Team, Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims, and product lines to drive profitable growth and cross-selling. You will ensure underwriting discipline, pricing integrity, and regulatory compliance while supporting new product initiatives. This position offers impact through close cross-functional collaboration in a global insurer. /pulliEnsure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines /liliSteer and control the local portfolio to meet financial targets /liliLiaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting performance /liliCollaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims,



and other product lines for marketing strategies and cross-selling /liliMaintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines and local regulations /liliSupport development and implementation of new or modified products /liliAssist in acquiring new business and retaining existing business (including agent/broker negotiations) /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /liliMaster's degree in Law or Economics /lili3 to 5 years' proven experience in underwriting profitable Liability business for corporate clients /liliPreference for experience in PI / DO / Cyber Risks / Legal Expenses and Multinational Clients/Programs /liliProven leadership skills /liliExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle /liliStrong knowledge of pricing and market analysis /liliIdeally experience in designing robust wordings and driving underwriting projects /liliAbility to work in an international organization /liliFluent in English (written and spoken) /liliData analytics /liliVery good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools /lilileadership /lilistrong communication /lilipricing and market analysis /lilipolicy administration life cycle /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
